Good gravy! We are hours away from the start of the 2009 College Football Season. Lots to look forward to in my favorite conference the ACC .Keep in the mind the following I wanna see.
1. Miami starts the season @Florida State, Georgia Tech, @ Virginia Tech, and Oklahoma. If they survive that above 500 they still have @Wake Forest and @ North Carolina. GEEZ!! And they end the season @ South Florida which is taking this year to prove they are BCS worthy. Not looking good for the canes.
2. Clemsons rookie head coach Dabo Swinney has to weather the storm in his first season as head coach. C.J. Spiller looks to have a break out season.
3. This may be Bobby Bowdens last year in Tallahassee. Christian Ponder looks to lead the Seminoles to another ACC title and hope for a BCS championship. This is there chance to return to elite status. There defense lead by senior corner back Patrick Robinson should be one to watch for.
4. Virgina Tech could be the team to beat in the ACC. If they can get by Alabama in the opening week. Its gonna be a good chance the Hokies can get into the BCS bowl.
5. North Carolina is my sleeper pick in this conference. Butch Davis has made one hell of a football program! T.J. Yates returns at quarterback and hopes to stay healthy for a full season
